It worked out well

The item I ordered arrived dirty and non-functional. When I complained, a replacement was sent to me right away. It works just fine. As there seemed to be no interest in my returning the first item, I have disposed of it.

doesn't fit

The insert does not fit a 1-5/16 hole as advertised. With the gasket it will not go in the hole and without it is too loose. I have had to use 2-sided tape to hold them in place which is not a very robust solution.
Our responseThanks for the feedback! We will be checking our measurements again, but as this item hasn't changed in a long time, this is something we'll have to investigate.

these mini watch movements were exactly what I wanted and work just fine. The only comment I have would be to include a short note on setting the time. I was very impressed with the speed of shipment and delivery.
