These blades can be used on soft and hard wood, and are also well suited for plastic. If you are currently using Olson PGT or Mach blades you will love our Modified Geometry blades.

Scroll saw blades

These modified geometry scroll saw blades are in my opinion the best you can buy. I have tried most of the blades available and always come back to these. I have bought them exclusively from Bear Wood supply in the 10 years that I have been scrolling and really like these #1spr blades. These people are good to deal with and their price are fair along with shipping. My only complaint is with Canada post as they are slow!!!!!!

Ordered some more Pegas blades from Bear Woods.ca. Great selection of blades but cannot beat the Pegas ones! Site is easy to navigate, and add just what you want to your cart, and if you made a mistake, easy to remove from cart.

These blades are very sharp and cut very aggressively .
It took a bit to get used to a blade cutting straight and staying sharp for so long . After using these blades for a few projects it would be difficult to go back to the ones I was using . The # 1 modified geometry blade will be my go to blade for most of my projects .
