1) Choose Your Axle Style and Size - use Axles Pegs with built-in hubcaps, or dowel rods with dowel caps from the selection below.
2) Choose wooden axles that are just smaller than the whole size of your wooden wheels for a free spinning wheel where the axle is glued in place, or choose a tight fit dowel with or without axle caps for assembly that has the axle spinning.
3) Choose a length based on the design of your project.
4) Use Bear Woods Supply Axle Peg AP-100 or AP-100S with these wooden wheels.

I did not wish to take the time to rate or comment on each of the individual items relating to my last order but I will state that once again I am very pleased with the items I was shipped. Once again everything I ordered was included and all of the quantities were exact.
I have just started making wooden toys as a hobby in the past two years and have placed a few orders for parts and as you folk always deliver a quality product, I have not sought an alternate supplier.

Perfect wheel for the scale models I built. Pretty sure I have used over a hundred. They are all lathed the same size, very minimal tolerance difference. Take stain nicely or finish wonderful with just Clear coat. Wheel is balanced nicely using the axle peg.
The center are on these wheels used to be larger so it looked more like a tire and rim.. I am honing them out so they appear more realistic, also adding holes along the rim to look more like mags

they were exactly what i had ordered are excellent for small cars up to 9 inches long.
The wheels are well made, ready to finish and have nice grain for a bit of variety.
