Out of over a thousand pieces I've maybe had four that I wasn't happy with because of the grain or a crack. The shipping is very fast and super competitive, pricing per unit is awesome. Communication has been fast and personal, I never feel like a number.
The finish of the cuts is smooth and the sizes are always consistent. I've tried a few different vendors to compare services and the quality here has been a step above everyone else.
