I rated the product a 3, but their service is a 5 star rating.
I have ordered these blocks a number of times over the 3 years or so. They have always been great, almost perfectly cut, until this last order. Approx 15 of the 30 blocks had corners missing and miscut gouges. But, Bear Woods handled my concerns. They checked there stock and they were not able to replace the blocks so they refunded for the unusable ones. I will try and place another order in the future when I need more and hope the cutting issue has been fixed.
