I was assured on the phone that these lazy susan bearings were quiet, but that is not the case. They do turn smoothly but definitely not quietly. Otherwise the customer service was excellent, the delivery arrived promptly and I was satisfied with the cost.

Received in good condition and in good time. This was an 'experiment' in making "painting" carousels so I could rotate items to all four sides. I have only set up one at this time but it is working and will save a lot of time.
