I am very pleased with the professionalism and attitude to your staff. I did make an error and did not mention that I wanted the larger pendulum but that is my fault. The product is what I am used to and the price was fair. Thank you and I will do business with you again. SIncerely Barry Smith
I made a mistake on my order and one of the people at Woodparts caught it. Saved me sending back what I had ordered to get what I really needed.
This is the place to get clock parts. They get it to you fast and the price is right.

The clock unit was easy to install. The sound of the chimes was bad. Very tinny and hard to hear. I cut the wires to the unit's speaker and wired in the existing speaker, great improvement.
Excellent service from the Bear Wood people.
I have an old clock that means a great deal to me a battery went south and ruined the motor. I found rhis site purchased a new motor it arrived on time and was exaxtly what I needed. Nice to see old clock running again.
Works well but simple instructions would have helped.
Products match exactly what was promised
The Works Was fine--Thankyou
**When repairing a clock we always recommend new hands as your old ones may not fit.
